SEED Energy Limited is an equity fund that is committed to a balanced investment spread across a variety of sectors and markets. The company was initially established in 2017 as a private limited entity but transitioned into a public limited company in July 2022.
SEED Energy Limited works to generate value for its investors by focusing on wealth maximization. We seek to make investments that will yield substantial returns over time. Returns on investment generated by the fund can be used in two ways:
- Reinvestment in Projects: Part of the returns and capital raised are reinvested into existing or new projects. This strategy allows for the compounding of returns, potentially leading to even more substantial long-term gains. Reinvesting in projects also underscores our commitment to long-term investments.
- Short-Term Placements: Alternatively, some returns and capital are placed in short-term investments or credit extensions. This approach provides liquidity and flexibility to the fund. These short-term placements are used for various purposes, such as meeting immediate financial obligations of the project or taking advantage of short-term investment opportunities.

Notably, Pankaj’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond his Craft Cave Center. He has spearheaded the establishment of two venue management firms, Chettrapati and Nepa Banquet. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role on the boards of two investment management firms, Vaibhav Shree Investments Pvt. Ltd and Durbar Square Investments Company Pvt. Ltd, actively contributing to their operational success.
Pankaj is also the driving force behind a merchant banking and investment management company in Nepal, exemplifying his commitment to financial growth and stability in the region. Furthermore, he serves as a founding partner and director at ABC Pvt. Ltd.

With a profound understanding of mainstreaming, institutionalizing, and transforming projects to align with GESI values, Sawar has successfully led diverse teams in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies in complex organizational settings. She has been instrumental in advocating for GESI-inclusive policies at national and international levels, crafting impactful programs, and fostering tangible improvements for marginalized communities. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, policy advocacy, technical and systematic program design, capacity building, data-driven decision-making, and community engagement.
Currently pursuing an MPhil-PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy at Tribhuvan University, Nepal, Sawar holds a Master’s in Law (LLM) from Pune University, India, and a Bachelor’s in Law (LLB) from Nepal Law Campus. Over her illustrious career, she has worked with esteemed organizations like Shreenagar Agritech Industries Ltd, ISET Nepal, USAID’s Urja Nepal, Foundation for Development Management, and other respected organizations. She has led impactful initiatives such as analyzing the intersection of climate and gender, facilitating policy dialogues on women’s participation in the energy sector, and developing GESI-related e-learning courses.

Sita Ghimire is a respected leader in Nepal’s financial and regulatory sectors, with a distinguished career spanning several decades. She has held key roles at Nepal Rastra Bank, Nepal’s central bank, specializing in bank regulation, public debt management, and foreign exchange. Sita’s expertise has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that foster economic stability and enhance financial oversight.
In addition to her central banking role, Sita’s contributions extend to the Ministry of Finance, where she served as an Internal Debt Expert, offering strategic insights into fiscal management. Her experience also includes an influential position as an Independent Director at Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank, where she championed governance practices and strategic decision-making that fortified the bank’s growth and regulatory compliance.

In addition to his success in the culinary world, Alok is the founding partner of Thamel Villa Pvt. Ltd, a company that caters to its valued customers with 8 well-appointed rooms. Furthermore, he has served as a Board of Director representing SEED Energy Limited at Hotel Thamel House, overseeing the operations of 21 rooms in Thamel and an additional 4 rooms in Hotel Patan House, a subsidiary of Hotel Thamel House.
Alok’s versatile career also extends into the realms of creative art and media, with nearly a decade of experience in these fields. He is actively engaged in real estate development, operation, and management across various locations in Kathmandu and Lalitpur.
